Electrophoresis
■
Electrophoresis coating is a specific method of
forming coating film, and only suitable for water
paints specially used for electrophoresis coating. It is
one of the most widespread methods of priming for
automobile coating for the past thirty years.
■
The electrophoresis coating method demonstrates the
advantages of high efficiency, high quality, economical
application. It grew initial from the automobile
industry, expanding to other fields of architectural
materials, light industry, household appliances and the
like.
■
Electrophoresis coating equipment is composed of a
transportation component, electrophoresis tank and
auxiliary equipment, stirring & filtration circulatory
system, ultra-filtration settings, stirring & feeding
device, a DC power supply and adjunctive electrical
equipment, a flushing device for post-electrophoresis,
a thermostat for the paint liquid, an electrode device, a
drying room and so forth.

The booth is a special structure made without welding,
avoiding welding deformation and leakage, having a
beautiful and neat appearance.
The spraying pipeline adopts a mode of vertical travel, which
prevents liquid loss throughout the process.
The spraying nozzle itself can be disassembled fast and
adjusted universally, ensuring the highest efficiency of
a spraying system.
An oil heating system for tank liquid is used to avoid
problems for those clients not having a steam heat
source and is safe and reliable.
Using the stand-up submerged pump saves the floor
space and completely stops liquid from leaking and
puts an end to waste.
The system saves power and energy resources and
reduces the necessity of handling waste products.
The system has phosphorization slag-off capacity,
using an intermittent perch sedimentation and PLC
full automatic slag separator.

of molded flashboard.
The furnace board adapts a sandwich

continuous slag separator :
It is a particular slag equipment of our company, which
solves such shortcomings as the incomplete slag
separation of natural sedimentation. This feature is
especially helpful for separating minute slag from
phosphorizated liquid in intermittent perch
sedimentation slag separation and continuous inclined
board sedimentation.
It is the compulsive continuous filtration slag separation
equipment of the new generation.
The PLC full automatic on-line continuous slag
separator is composed of upper and lower stainless steel
sealed cavities.

Baking Oven

sensor purges deformation/oxidation of the metal at higher
temperature.

allow the system to work with only a general operator.

Low cost–Diesel oil is used for the burner ,and the electric
power is less 1kw.
