Association Objectives
The objectives of the Association are to:
I.
Promote, administer, and encourage the playing
of soccer within a Christian environment.
II.
To provide opportunity to practice wholesome
competition with added emphasis on
participation rather than outcome.
III.
To assist in the promotion and development of
specific skills associated with soccer at a junior
level.
IV.
To do all such things as well as act conductive to
advance the objectives and interests of the
Association.

Executive Committee has asked for
nominations for an additional member.

Special Resolutions

Name Change
• As a result of a proposal in 2005, the
Executive Committee is proposing to change
the name of the Association from,
Free Reformed Soccer Association (FRSA) to
Free Reformed Soccer League (FRSL).

Special Resolutions

Adoption of new constitution
• Due to legal discrepancies found in the
"current" constitution, the Executive
Committee has developed a new constitution
in accordance with the requirements of the
Incorporation Act of W.A.. A copy of the
proposed constitution has been available at
http://frca.org.au/soccer for perusal since
November 2005. Some minor changes were
made in January 2006.
