Mary’s mom makes
phone calls for her

care of Mary’s
responsibilities.
Mary?
Jane reads her mail and
e-mail and keeps a
calendar. When she
has a question she
emails or calls her
advisor directly.

Who is more responsible?
Mike?
John is not good about
managing deadlines
and assignments.
When he forgets he
always has a reason.

responsibilities. He
carefully coordinates
things and keeps his
advisor informed.
John?
