June 4 – June 11, 2005 Three components: (1) Clinic Program, (2) Networking Social Event, (3) Week-long Promotions Grass root, women’s player development program in collaboration with leading golf organizations including: GOLF 20/20, PGA of America, Golf For Women Magazine, LPGA, EWGA, PGA TOUR, USGA, The First Tee, NGCOA, World Golf Hall of Fame 232 host facilities including courses, retail outlets, and practice facilities 9,512 participants nationwide in events throughout the week 20% new golfers; 28% beginners; 52% intermediate

72 participating EWGA Chapters Over 3,000 registrations via womensgolfweek.com, hosted by Play Golf America $20,300 charitable funds raised for The V Foundation to fund women’s cancer research initiatives More than 3.8 million media impressions generated through pre- and post-event promotions via television, newspaper, magazine, print, and Internet Event covered on the Golf Channel, ESPN, Inside the PGA TOUR, USA Today, ESPN Radio, and on local broadcasts

Clinic Program

Format – – – – – – Complimentary instruction from PGA and LPGA professionals for women ages 14-years old and older Golf 101 presented by host facility staff Clinics customized based on small group skill level Clinics comprised of one-on-one instruction and group exhibitions Broken up into small groups by skill level In-kind donation by Nike Golf of certificates redeemable for a pair of shoes Survey Highlights – – Overall rating of 4.87 out of 5 Participants’ desire to attend future programs rating of 4.84 out of 5

Format

– – Mid-week, evening event hosted by EWGA and supported by their partner Coors Brewing Events featured: Golf 101; social ice-breaker activities; putting competitions; three, six, and nine-hole playing opportunities, trunk sales, and fashion shows •
