Initial consultation with bankers have indicated
requirement of 20% equity participation for project to be
bankable

Project potentially subject to receipt of EU funds (name the

Carbon Credits
EMCC is subject to receipt of carbon credits under the
European trading emissions scheme (need name of
trading emissions scheme?!) as a result of low/nil carbon
emissions forecasted in the production process
Per “The Economist” magazine, at 1 March 2007, carbon
trading (EU ETS) was EUR 21.3
