FAME VISION AND GOALS

Goal I: Provide comprehensive support and resources for the career development of all members of the faculty Goal II: Enhance faculty engagement with the Medical Center and College of Medicine Goals of the Center for FAME Goal III: Establish an evidenced based and scholarly approach to faculty development and mentorship Goal IV: Serve as a faculty development core for all health science colleges
