HOW TO PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES
ONLINE AT OWNERS.ORG*
(*ONLY A PRINCIPAL CORRESPONDENT (PC) FOR YOUR HOTEL(S)
CAN RENEW/PAY FOR 2015 MEMBERSHIP DUES ONLINE
AND ASSIGN 2015 CARDHOLDERS)

STEP 1
Visit www.owners.org – click the MEMBER LOGIN as shown above
STEP 2
Enter your (already-registered) E-mail Address and Password
STEP 3
Once logged in as a PC to Your Account, choose the
RENEW MEMBERSHIP FOR 2015 icon
STEP 4
All eligible hotel dues to be paid will show up on the
2015 Membership Renewal screen. You MUST make sure ALL HOTELS
on the page are checked to purchase & assign membership cards next.
If you do NOT select all hotels, you will skip all of the cardholder
assignment pages that follow. Once checked, click “Next”
STEP 5
Next, you will be asked how many Additional Cards you would like to purchase
in the drop-down menu. The above text will tell you how many maximum cards
are available to you based on your hotels.
Select how many additional cards you would like, then click “Next”
STEP 6
If you have existing cardholders on your account, they will show up here. Check the
box next to their name if they should be cardholders again for 2015 after you review
their contact information (using the pencil icon). If your 2015 cardholders are existing
and correct, click “Next” – if you need to add a NEW additional cardholder, click the
“Add Person” button, as shown above
STEP 7
If adding a NEW cardholder for 2015, you will be asked to fill in all of their
information as above. The Company and IHG Rewards Club # fields are
not mandatory – however, if you want a Platinum upgrade, you MUST
enter an IHG Rewards Club #. When complete, click “Save”
STEP 8
You will next be asked if you would like to make a donation
to our charity of choice, Give Kids The World –
either choose an amount from the drop down menu
(including $0) or choose “other” to enter another amount,
and click “Next”
STEP 9
Verify “Your Shopping Cart” one final time to ensure accuracy
on your total dues payment, and then click “Next”
STEP 10
Time to enter your credit card info – fill out
all of the fields, then click “Next”
STEP 11
One Final Review of
Payment Information &
Memberships –
A credit card receipt will be
sent to your registered email address, unless you
specify another e-mail
address in the Confirmation
E-mail space. Click
“Submit” when you have
completed your review
STEP 12
Once you see the light blue box that says “Thank you for your
order,” you are all set! You can now go back to your account page to
view all of your information. Please allow up to 30 minutes for credit
card orders to process before you can view your new membership
cards under Your Account
PLEASE NOTE – the online 2015 membership cards will only be
available after December 15, 2014. EACH cardholder must log in
to their individual member account to access/view/print their
2015 member card
Remember, NO PLASTIC CARDS will be mailed this year!
