Competention in managerial, meaning: - Prepare school for different levels
of planning. - Develop the school as needed. - Leading the school in order
to empower school optimally. - Managing change and school development
towards effective learning organization. - Creating a culture and school
climate that is conducive to learning and innovative learners. - Manage the
teachers and staff in order to empower human resources optimally. Manage the school facilities and infrastructure in order to optimally use of
performance is. - Managing the relationship between school and
community in order to seek support ideas, learning resources and
financing. - Managing the students in the admission of new students and
the placement of learners capacity development.
Manage the development of curriculum and learning activities in

characteristics of modern leadership, which has
the spirit, values and modern thoughts.
Basically for the Indonesian nation a leader
must have three properties, namely: First, he
must have ideals, meaning clear where or in

to effectively bring that led to the desired goal.
He must know how to lead and control areas or tasks of the group they
lead. As such, he should be a professional. This means that a leader,

Therefore, a leader is expected of humans who believe and fear Allah,
because only in the faith and piety, moral development can be
organized. Future itself can not be separated with the present and the

As the stakeholder, school must know : 1) the role of school
committee in organizing of Program Planning and School
Budget, 2) the effort of school committee in looking for the

together with the society and government in concerning
effective education organization, 4) the function of school
committee in increasing the work of educator and
educational personnel to increase the quality of education,

the successful school committee program in increasing
education quality.

documentation. The sources of the data consist of the
Principal, School Committee Organizer, teacher, students,
alumnus, students’ parents and entrepreneur.

The ideal position are : 1) The school committee
have been involved to the maximum in organizing
of program planning and school budget, not only
gives input and consideration for perfecting
program planning and school budget, 2) the effort
of committee in looking for the fund besides of
government fund is come from students’ parents
socialized by school committee in the meeting with
students’ parents at the beginning of the school
year and paid in phases on the time space which is
agreed in the meeting, 3) school committee must
joint in the cooperation widely with society
especially in the world of work in the case of
practice placing and graduate placing,


4) school committee in increasing the work of educator and
educational personnel by giving properly prosperity, the
facilities to support primary task and secondary task and
also supply another supporting facility, 5) school committee
in increasing the quality of graduate by establishing the
facility in the form of complete practice learning instrument
in the classroom according to each program study and
supporting infrastructure for the comfortable teaching
learning process in the school, 6) the supporting factor and
pursuer factor of the successful of the programs which is
done by school committee is, there is fund which comes
from the students parents that is paid irregularly, so there is
a priority for the program management.
