Your professor can find the email address you
used to create your account by looking at
their portfolio on My Students or All Students
in the instructor account.

reminder.
Your professor can look at the Student
Portfolio and reset the password.


There are several reasons for this:
You are using a different email.
You entered the info incorrectly.
You have not registered.

If you have any problem you cannot resolve.
This does not happen very often.
