Meet Alex Lowden, Assurance/Audit Higher Apprentice at BDO
•
Alex joined BDO last October on their Assurance/Audit
Higher Apprenticeship programme.
•
Before applying for a higher apprenticeship, Alex studied ALevels in Business Studies, Spanish and Geography, with an
AS Level in Economics.
•
During his summer holidays, Alex applied to do some work
experience at the company so that he could gain some
insight into what life in assurance/audit was actually like!
TOP TIP: Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and speak to
employers about their opportunities. It shows real interest
and initiative.
