12 Working Days of Christmas
This December the new O2 Workshop Manager Natalie Collins decided she wanted to do something different in
Workshop, so she used her initiative and creative personality to come up with the 12 Working Days of Christmas events!
Natalie’s reasoning behind this run of daily events was to build and develop relationships with local businesses and
increase awareness of both the location of Workshop and the brilliant facilities available to businesses.
The 12 free events offered attendees a 1 hour lunchtime event, and some extra morning events due to popularity, with a
different business professional hosting an interactive presentation and Q&A sessions each day to engage attendees and
allow them to find out more about their business and what they offer customers. These events were predominantly
intimate group sessions which allowed attendees to get the most out of their event host by asking any or all of their
burning business questions! There were a wide range of business sectors that got involved with the 12 Working Days of
Christmas events including social media, HR, Business Banking, PR, Branding, Content Marketing and some internal
sessions from Telefonica’s own Rebecca Fleet and one of our Guru’s Ryan Pilkington!
The feedback we received from the event attendees who were new to Workshop included ‘Workshop is a hidden gem on
Tottenham Court Road’ and ‘it’s a great space’ and ‘it’s perfect for my business needs’ – all wonderful and welcoming
feedback! Many of the attendees inquired about or booked Workshop space for future use for independent or group work
or for their own business event! This means the 12 Working Days events were very successful in raising the awareness
and increasing sales for Workshop. Natalie and the marketing team are already brainstorming what business training
workshops they can plan for the new year!

Each event host did a fantastic job of allowing attendees to learn more about a new or existing sector or skill alongside
creating an increased awareness of the O2 Workshop space and how it is a truly great place to work, meet, and network.
