 End June : Meeting with DM at his request
 July 2-3-4 : 3 day training for Cluster coordinators
(CRC) for 2 blocks of district
 July : 15 working days : CRCs conducts “practice
class” for 1.5 hours a day. 3 CRCs in a school
 July 28 : Review meeting to discuss way forward
 August : CRCs assess students in each school.
Materials finalized and sent for printing
 Early Sept : All Headteachers meeting/orientation
 Sept 4-9 : 2 batches of teacher training by CRCs
simulataneously in each cluster. 1 Pratham person to
help in each training
 Sept 10-15 : Materials distributed to each school
 Sept 15 : Program starts
