Range: 20% (Outreach) to 55% (Emergency Shelters) Has your CoC adopted a method by which it will evaluate ESG performance? Just over half of the CoC’s responding have adopted a method. What data sources will you use? HMIS (67%), Sub-recipient Reports (55%), Audits (10%) 10 Performance Evaluation 2013 Consultation Questions How does your assessment of performance get coordinated with this Department, and with the state’s sub-recipient? • Sharing the CoC evaluation with DCF and recipient • Three party process to resolve performance issues • CoC make recommendation on future state awards to subrecipient Is the Department an active participant in your CoC’s performance evaluation process?
