Come join Liberty County 4-H for …
POULTRY JUDGING
Remember that age-old riddle of what
came first – the chicken or the egg? This
time you don’t have to take sides because
you’ll learn about both during 4-H Poultry
Judging! Come study about live birds
(production hens), ready to cook chicken
carcasses, eggs – interior, exterior, and
broken-out, and chicken meat parts. We
will only have a few practices … therefore,
you must attend at least 4 practices and
complete all homework assignments in
order to attend the district contest.
Don’t miss out on all the fun!
