R8 Chapter of the Year Contest
 The nomination should be made by the Section Chair or by
another IEEE officer who has direct personal knowledge of
the activities of the Chapter
 For a Section with more than 15 Chapters two nominations
can be made
 There are two categories in the contest:
Big Chapters (100 and more members)
Small and Middle Size Chapters (less than 100 members)
 The amount of the award is 1000 $ and a diploma
 Two winners (Chapter Chairs) are invited to the Spring R8
