A) NQC is funded by the Division of Community Based Programs, whereas HIVQUAL is funded solely by the HIV/AIDS Bureau. C) NQC only works with Part C and Part D grantees; HIVQUAL works with all Parts and other Ryan White Grantees (e.g AETCs).
