The Dos Caminos PTA invites you to participate in our Fall 2013 Fundraiser
- Dolphin Discount Cards!!
Each wallet-size card offers discounts for a variety of favorite local restaurants and
entertainment options. Dolphin Discount Cards sell for only $10 each and our
school will earn up to 90% profit! Funds raised will pay for our PE Teacher and other
programs throughout the year! Each child who sells at least 3 discount cards will
earn a Nacho Party at school and the top seller will earn a $50 Target gift card!
I give permission for my child _______________________ to participate in
the Discount Card Fundraiser. I understand that we will be held responsible to
return all money to Dos Caminos School by Monday October 7, 2013.
We plan to sell the following number of cards:
