Business objectives can only be clear when they come from a clear Strategy Strategy must be prepared by professional team, accepted by the “Sponsor” and approved by the legal authority Funds must be approved and ALLOCATED Clear Objectives reflected in detail Specifications in the issued tender books No Change of objectives in the middle of the projects Prepare in advance the necessary Changes in the Law Close monitoring of Project Objectives Implementation by the “Sponsor”
