negotiating frame at the High level Event
- Facilitating Africa’s input in shaping the new GP and terms of
engagement
APDev works with African institutions on cross-border issues such as
Trade Facilitation
APDev works on
South-South Cooperation, towards
● Mutual learning of what works and what does not
work in development
● More effective knowledge sharing across
institutions, countries and continents
Concretely, this means:
APDev is capturing and publishing case studies on Africa’s experience
in collaboration and cooperation across countries (intra-Africa and
inter-continental
APDev fosters knowledge sharing across institutions through regular
hands-on knowledge exchange dialogues on how to effectively
address development and capacity challenges

Development
EXPERTISE
Reports, Statistics,
Case studies, guides,
check lists, etc.

Because all Africans and Africa’s partners are ready
to work much closer together towards Africa’s
development
Because there is need for a common knowledge
base on what works and what does not in Africa’s
development
