Summary of inconsistencies
• 67 inconsistent public and private parcels were
originally identified by staff
– 24 public parcels and 43 private parcels
• Intent was to “cure” all inconsistencies – public
and private
• After further review Staff recommended that
only public parcels and scrivener’s errors be
included
– Comprise 18 publicly owned parcels and 1
scrivener’s mapping error
