• Heather Winters has resigned with her last day being May 9
• Grant & Contract Manager position has been posted and
closed. Initial interviewing has just begun.
• Two Grant and Contract Administrator positions have been posted
and closed. Interviews for these positions have been scheduled.

Just In Time (JIT) Changes
• Changes to electronic JIT business process effective April 20, 2012.
• Clarification that investigators receiving an impact score of 40 or less
will be asked to provide JIT through an automated email from NIH.
• Impact score is NIH wide and doesn't actually tie to individual institute
paylines.
• The JIT link will be active for all grants, but investigators must wait
until requested to submit the JIT package.

Just In Time (JIT) Changes (cont’d)
Important to Remember: This process change will mean that the
likelihood of an award cannot be solely tied to the fact that JIT is
requested, as many of us have been accustomed to.
