Albert Einstein was a German-born theoretical physicist who developed the theory of
general relativity, effecting a revolution in physics. For this achievement, Einstein is
often regarded as the father of modern physics and one of the most prolific intellects
in human history. He received the 1921Nobel Prize in Physics "for his services to
theoretical physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric
effect". The latter was pivotal in establishing quantum theory within physics.
Charles Darwin established that all species of life have descended over time
from common ancestry, and proposed the scientific theory that this branching
pattern of evolution resulted from a process that he called natural selection.

Michael Jordan is a former American professional basketball player, active
entrepreneur, and majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats. His biography on the
National Basketball Association (NBA) website states, "By acclamation, Michael
Jordan is the greatest basketball player of all time."Jordan was one of the most
effectively marketed athletes of his generation and was considered instrumental in
popularizing the NBA around the world in the 1980s and 1990s.
Mariel Margaret "Mia" Hamm is a retired American soccer player. Hamm played
many years as a forward for the United States women's national soccer team and
was a founding member of the Washington Freedom. Hamm has scored more
international goals in her career than any other player, male or female, in the history
of U.S. soccer (158). She is the second most capped female player in soccer history
appearing in 275 international matches throughout her career.
Roberto Clemente was a Puerto Rican baseball
right fielder who played 18 seasons in Major
League Baseball (MLB) for the Pittsburgh Pirates
from 1955 through 1972. Clemente was awarded
the National League (NL) Most Valuable Player
(MVP) Award in 1966. He was on the NL All-Star
team 15 times, received 12 Gold Glove Awards,
and led the NL in batting average four times. In
1972, Clemente got his 3,000th major league hit.
Kobe Bryant is an American professional basketball player who plays shooting
guard for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association
(NBA). Bryant enjoyed a successful high school basketball career at Lower
Merion High School, where he was recognized as the top high school basketball
player in the country.
Manny Pacquiao is a Filipino
professional boxer and politician.
He is the first eight-division
world champion; having won 8
world titles, as well as the first to
win the lineal championship in
four different weight classes. He
was named "Fighter of the
Decade" for the 2000s by the
Boxing Writers Association of
America (BWAA). He is also a
three-time The Ring and BWAA

Robin Lim is a midwife and
founder of YayasanBumiSehat
(Healthy Mother Earth
Foundation) health clinics, which

her team have been working

high maternal and infant
mortality rates. [1] She was

a March on Washington in 1963, where he delivered his most influential speech, “I
Have a Dream”. While in Washington, he raised public consciousness of the civil
rights movement leading him to become the youngest person to receive the Nobel
Peace Prize for his work to end segregation and racial discrimination through civil
disobedience and other non-violent means.
Mahatma Gandhi led a
coalition against nonviolence-which led India to
independence and inspired
movements for civil rights
and freedom across the
world. He is officially
honored in India as the
Father of the Nation; his
birthday is on October 2,
and it is known as the
International Day of NonViolence.
Diana Windsor, the Princess of Wales, was a well known supporter of all charity
projects close to her heart. As a princess, there was an expectation for her to involve
herself with hospital organizations so that she could comfort the sick. Her interests
surpassed her responsibilities when she concerned herself with certain illnesses and
health-related matters. Diana was the first celebrity to actually touch a person with
HIV. Her hope was to change the views or public opinions of the AIDS virus. Her
royal blood and birthright did not overshadow her humanitarian acts of kindness.
Bono is an Irish singer, musician, and humanitarian best known for being the main
vocalist of the Dublin-based rock band U2. Bono is also widely known for his activism
concerning Africa, for which he co-founded DATA, EDUN, the ONE Campaign and
Product Red. He has organized and played in several benefit concerts and has met with
influential politicians. Bono has been praised and criticized for his activism and
involvement with U2. He has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize, was granted an
honorary knighthood by Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, and was named as a
Person of the Year by Time, among other awards and nominations.

film designed specifically for her talents.
Madonna is an American singer,
