How Do I Know I Have Inner Peace
Signs of Inner Peace
• Think and speak spontaneously from our true, divine self and our values rather
than from fears, anxiety and guilt based on past experiences
• Ability to be fully present and enjoy each moment
• A loss of interest in judging self & other people
• A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others
• A loss of interest in conflict
• A loss of ability of worry or anxiety
• Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation
• Contented feelings of connectedness with self, others & nature
• Frequent smiling
• An increasing tendency to allow things to happen rather than make them happen
• An increased susceptibility to love extended by others and the uncontrollable urge
to extend it
