Continuous Monitoring of Budgets Vs. Actuals Full review of all segment of activities of the Regional Council is being carried out in every quarter Internal Audit Quarterly Internal Audit for the two quarters (2011) completed Internal Audit for the third quarter ended 31.12.2011 in progress. Internal Audit Reports along with the explanations are being sent to HQ on time Compliances arising out of the Internal Audit Reports are being taken care of. Internal Audit Reports are placed at every Regional Council Meeting along with explanations for deliberations Internal Audit of the Chapters Internal Audit of A,B, C and D Grade Chapters are reviewed Review Reports are sent to HQ Internal Audit Reports up to the period ended 30.9.2011 of all A,B and C Chapters received, reviewed and sent to HQ, excepting one chapter Compliances on Internal Audit Reports are closely monitored. Focus of the Hqrs can be on policy making and larger issues like interacting and dealing with Goverment/Regulators/Institutions/International bodies, etc Quality of time spent Regions would be more informed about the local conditions Authority and Accountability Decentralisation of activities at the Regional Office – 2012 Suggested Areas To permit Chapters to conduct Career Exhibitions with the approval of ICSI-SIRC with the Budget to be allotted to ICSI-SIRC for this purpose Appointment of Staff at C & D Grade Chapters to be decentralized at the Regional Office level.
