 Quarterly claims from the Chapters have been regulated and
the same being forwarded to HQ on timely basis.
 Continuous Monitoring of Budgets Vs. Actuals
 Full review of all segment of activities of the Regional
Council is being carried out in every quarter
Internal Audit
 Quarterly Internal Audit for the two quarters (2011) completed
 Internal Audit for the third quarter ended 31.12.2011 in progress.
 Internal Audit Reports along with the explanations are being sent to HQ
on time
 Compliances arising out of the Internal Audit Reports are being taken
care of.
 Internal Audit Reports are placed at every Regional Council Meeting
along with explanations for deliberations
Internal Audit of the Chapters
 Internal Audit of A,B, C and D Grade Chapters are reviewed
 Review Reports are sent to HQ
 Internal Audit Reports up to the period ended 30.9.2011 of
all A,B and C Chapters received, reviewed and sent to HQ,
excepting one chapter
 Compliances on Internal Audit Reports are closely
monitored.

decentralized at the Regional Office level.

 Recruitment of Staff for the other Chapters in the Region can be
done through the Regions with a duly constituted committee
comprising of Members from the Region and the HQrs – would
help get local people who would be willing to join the service
