Introduction
Welcome to the Copper Turret back of the house
training. Throughout this training seminar
we will be addressing various issues.
We thank-you for coming to this training. If

 Training is the process used for the
development of knowledge and skills
necessary to perform the jobs, duties, and
tasks found in an organization.
Objectives
 After the course is completed, you will be
successfully trained on the following items:

Buffalo Chopper
Vertical Slicer
Slicer
Deep Fat Fryer
Basic Sanitation( Food Safety)

Training Plan
 This training plan is designed to aid you, the
manager in training your employees on the
following tasks and equipment.





Food Safety/ Sanitation
Gas Fryers
Slicer
Vertical Slicer/ Food Processor
Buffalo chopper/ Food Cutter.
Training Plan Area #1
 Food Safety needs to be completed by all employees
during orientation.
 Employees must take the pre-test
 Then read the Food Safety/ Sanitation Manual.
 Then take the Post-test. (Can not miss more than four
questions.)
 If more then four questions are missed than he/she
should re-read the manual and attempt to take the
post-test again.
 A Certificate of Completion will be issued, and placed
in employees file.
Training Area #2 -#5
 Any employee that will be using a particular
piece of equipment must be certified on the
equipment prior to use.

 Certification

Watch the training video
Take Test
No more than four questions can be missed.
If more then four questions are missed then
employee is to watch video, and re-take the test.
Training Area # 2-5
 If employee still is unsuccessful then have them
 Shadow a well trained employee
 Watch the training video
 Take test
**If successful a Certification of Completion will be**
Issued, and placed in the employees personnel
file.
** If they fail do not allow employees to use this
particular piece of equipment.**
