• SAKSHAM at Pune University in Maharashtra
commenced on 11th June 2012 with 28 participants
from different departments and affiliated colleges
 Inauguration was done by Prof. Sanjeev Sonawane,
Department of Education, University of Pune
 Ms. Shivani Sahai, Microsoft, attended the
inauguration. She explained about SAKSHAM and its
benefits. She also shared contribution of Microsoft in
Higher Education

• Participants found activities like planning technology integrated
lessons, visioning exercises as well as questioning and listening role
plays very interesting and took part in these very enthusiastically
• The sessions on Windows Accessibility Features for Specially Abled
