What is the advantage of TmT?
• Currently Store managers need to create schedules in
one system (PBBMH), view invoice by hour patterns in
Exploris, and manage payroll in MyTime.
– All 3 functions are now combined in a single tool.
• TmT includes dedicated task flows that guide the
manager in completing tasks and managing payroll on a
daily basis.
• TmT includes graphs and data that guide the manager
in matching schedules to actual customer transaction
patterns, improving our customer service.

What changes for the teammate?
• Individuals will now be using a more robust Web Clock,
with additional functionality.
• It is an extremely easy user interface available in
English, Spanish, and French, making it easier for all
our teammates to track their time.
• Teammates will have a single place to enter time off
requests, view their time card, and review and
approve punch edits.

Punch Validation
Change Management Notice:
Emphasize to teammates that they need to
punch in and out as close to their schedule as
possible.
If a teammate tries to punch in more than five
minutes early or punch out more than five
minutes late, they need to get a manager to
override the clock.
