What has to be submitted?

Do not submit additional information or documents!

How to be submitted ?
Application Form and its Annexes to be sent
• by normal post/courier or
• directly delivered by hand
In both cases the envelope must include
• the hard copy of all necessary documents and
• a CD-Rom or any other electronic support where the electronic version
of the Application Form, Simplified Financial Statement (SFS)
document and a map with location of partners are saved
Submission via e-mail not accepted!

What is checked?
• Fulfilment of the minimum project requirements
• Meeting of administrative compliance criteria (minimum formal and
legal requirements)
Info & Support:
• Related information is included in the Application Manual 2nd Call
• “Intelligent” AF providing ERROR messages
Strict handling of formal criteria!

Declaration on State Aid Status
• Self-declaration to be provided by all partners receiving ERDF
except international organisations
• If partner considers itself as undertaking according to the State Aid
discipline the de-minimis regime will apply and related data will be
requested in the form
• Form includes information on State Aid
• Please get in touch with your Contact Point for details on support
provided on national level.

Simplified Financial Statement
Simplified Financial Statement (SFS):
• only needed for private Lead Applicants (Priority 1)
• has to be provided in hard copy and e-version
• SFS has to be accompanied by additional supporting documents as
specified in the Application Manual 2nd Call

Lessons learned from 1st Call
Avoid ineligibility of your application due to formal mistakes!
REMEMBER!
• Completness of the documents (all obligatory Annexes for all partners;
hard copies & e-versions needed);
• Use the provided templates;
• Documents on headed paper;
• Documents dated, signed, stamped;
• Documents signed by the legal representative as in AF or duly
authorized person;
• Co-Financing Statements indicate same amount as in submitted version
of AF.
