The Teacher´s Responsibilities
• Preparing and carry out lessons, correcting tasks
and tests, and document the students´
achievments
• Evaluate the students´ achievments towards the
local- and national criterias
• Attain meetings on different school levels
• Engage in work groups (School developing, subject
responsability, Friends, environmental issues,
gender issues, health issues and various interest
groups)
• Have parent meetings once per semester
• Be a mentor
The Mentor´s Responsibilies
• Guide the students to achieve good
studying results
• Keep track of the students´ progress
• Mentor talks every week
