Group Study Exchange
Importance of Vocational Days
In order for the GSE to be of the greatest value to team
members, a minimum 5 personalized vocational days is
required. Anything less, and the exchange becomes a
vacation, and does not fulfill the objectives of the program.
The more opportunities team members have to visit
vocational sites and see first-hand how their profession is
practiced abroad, the more impact the exchange will have on
their careers. Their employers will also recognize the value!
