production of 4-5 minute PCDC video working with Joe Bullinger.

– Lunches will be same as last year. Most participants appeared to be okay with the
meals. I have requested additional snacks, and teams can bring snacks but they can not
be in the competition area. Recommend that they be kept in the extra theatre type
room that is provided.
– Sentar is ordering mice.
– Looking into a network cable testing tool
– Each song will be providing eight songs and it is our expectation that all eight songs
will be played.
– We will look at ways to shorten the collegiate closing ceremonies but no promises. 8
