1. Look back at the images on page 53 to remind yourself that a comic strip tells the basic plot of a story in words and pictures.

2. Review the 5 parts of a plot again (Exposition, Rising Action, Climax, Falling Action, Resolution) 3. Create a five-frame comic strip to tell the plot of one of the passages we read in this lesson (either “Alma’s First Cattle Drive” or “Lost in Time”).

4. Remember to sequence the frames to show how one event leads to another!

5. Hint: Make each individual frame a different part of the plot.
