We
communicate in different ways which can
sometimes cause issues
No
one way is better than another but we
need to have knowledge of our preferences
and those of others diagnose those that have
gone wrong & plan better ones
4
main approaches to communication
Quick
quiz to ascertain yours
Read
the descriptor to see if you think it
helps to describe your behaviour/preferred
style
Now
look at a descriptor for another colour
and see what some of the issues might be for
you when communicating with someone with
that preference
With
the knowledge you now have how could
you make this interaction more positive?
