Worked as an Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes
University (for 3 years) teaching Management

Set up the Level 5 CIPD qualification in Human
Resource Management 2 years at A&W and continue
to Course Lead that as well as BA Hons BMC (of which
last year was the first year)

pairs, 1 person shares a fact about
themselves eg ‘I have a crazy dog’
 2nd
person responds with either:
 More (person 1 gives more info about the
dog)
 Dig (wants a new fact)
 Done (switch roles)
 When both are done move round the room to
your left

need to have knowledge of our preferences
and those of others diagnose those that have
gone wrong & plan better ones

Structure and order are very important

They establish and maintain institutions

Yellows are very reliable – the backbone of a stable
social system

Any leadership or authority role must be earned7

They have strong urges to conserve, plan and
perpetuate

GREENS want to know everything there is to know about
everything

They like to analyse, problem study, invent, investigate and
explore

Non conforming and independent, they tend to appear calm ,
cool and collected most of the time

The worst situation for a GREEN would be to appear stupid

If there’s a time to read, outside of “important” books and
journals, mysteries or science fiction will be the logical choice

They love abstractions and puzzles

Blues’ see the possibilities in themselves and others

Striving for authenticity they want to become what they can
be

Uniqueness is important , yet they can shift identifies to fit
the situation

Life is a search for meaning

Warmth and compassion flow easily and with sincerity

Devoted friends they love to talk, share and help

Blues are imaginative , very creative and have lots of
sensitivity to the thought and feeling of others

Reds tend to be more concerned about what’s happening right now
rather than in the future

Adventurous hobbies, impulsive behaviour, if it isn’t fun forget it!!

Generous, helpful, sharing, Waiting is awful

Easily ;bored and restless

Reds learn by doing, experiencing

Naturally competitive, witty and charming

Defeats are temporary

Exciting light hearted and joyful
