• Teachers, principals, and central office administrators are
evaluated with EDUCATE Alabama or PEPE system

expenditures supporting system vision, programs and
services to ensure continued improvement
• System develops budgets for state and federal revenues and
monitors funds for resources that support beliefs, missions
and educational programs to support learning
