Project Brief/Summary

The scheme will train and certify energy
managers who will then implement
sustainable energy management systems
within their industries/companies.

GreenTech Malaysia has been appointed by
Asean Centre for Energy (ACE) as Certification
Body for Malaysia

Officially launched in Malaysia by Minister of
KeTTHA on 19th July 2011.
Objectives
 To reduce energy consumption from the
manufacturing industrial sector in
ASEAN countries by 100,000 MWh;
 To reduce emissions of greenhouse gases by
55,000 t-CO2 equivalent in ASEAN countries
; and
 To increase the professional standing of
accredited energy managers.
