• You can search by:
Keyword, Title, Author,
Subject, and Series.
Accessing Destiny from
Home or School
• Go to the school’s
homepage
• Click on library online
• Choose the High School
Library

Basic Search
• Click on the Catalog tab
• Type search term(s) in the Find box & press return for a
keyword search or click on the type of search: Keyword, Title,
Author, Subject or Series
Search Results
• Click on heading in the green bar
(bread crumb trail) to access
previous screen. If there is no
heading in green bar, click
browser Back button.
• Use Refine your search to correct
or edit search term(s)

Each entry shows how many copies of an
item we own, and how many are available

Provides book summary, page and illustration information
•
Lists book’s subjects, author and series and provides access to
other books and items on that subject

Often gives reading, grade level & interest level

Enter multiple search terms using multiple fields

Select AND, OR, NOT
•
Select All, Any of the words or Exact phrase
•
Limit by Location, Material Type, Publication Year & Circulation
