Controlling Meetings and Etiquette Conference Call Golf – the Points Music on hold - 10 points Taking a call on your cell – 10 points Not muting phone - 5 points Not introducing yourself - 3 points Leaving and rejoining for no reason - 2 points.

Speak at the same time - 1 point each 1 point per conf call hour up to 2 hours +2 points per hour thereafter Background dog bark or kid whine – 1 point
