Guidance the appropriate 2 forms that
are found on the Padua webpage.
Part Two:
Select your courses in
NetClassroom.

need to graduate.

form it is ready for you to print, sign, and return to
Guidance by the listed deadline. Close your form after
printing. (If you want, you may save it to your home
computer.)
