2011 Guideline Revisions:
Inspection and Reporting






First three installations by an installer will
undergo inspection
Random inspection
$200 re-inspection fee after 2nd failed
inspection
PV installations must include utility-grade
kWh meter
Annual readings must be reported to the
department for a minimum of 3 years on
the anniversary of ‘Part-2 Received and
Under Review’ with a photo of the PV
meter
