Greenville Technical Charter High School Strategic Plan 2014 - 2017 Developed October 2014 Greenville Technical Charter High School (GTCHS) students accept academic rigor as the main focus of high school. GTCHS was the first charter school in South Carolina. Founded in 1998, GTCHS provides a public school alternative. GTCHS focuses on success in education through academic rigor, technology, and career planning and offers GTCHS students the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school.
