BUILDING DIAGNOSTICS

Sub Slab Depressurization Systems used for VOC remediation require diagnostic data to produce a cost effective design that meets the goals of the client.

With so much at stake it only makes sense to use the best equipment available. We use pressure differential monitors capable of reading values of .0001” WC. Where none existed we created our own series of diagnostic vacuums capable of outperforming stock vacuums by 250%. We have provided our services to Environmental firms, LSRP's and individual homeowners. In 2010 OBAR set a precedent by being the first 3 rd party contractor to be approved by both EPA and NJDEP to provide diagnostics and design services to the residents of Pompton Lakes NJ OBAR diagnostic VAC capable of 140 CFM and 120” WC 100% speed controlled dual stage motor with a built in pitot tube. OBAR uses a multistage filter system that reduces discharge contamination by 99.7%

OBAR SYSTEMS was established in 1985. In 1987 we purchased our Rt 23 location, and as we grew we purchased an additional property on Oak Ridge Road. While many other companies have come and gone OBAR has thrived. When times were good we invested in the company and in tough times we weathered the storm by working hard and providing quality products and services at a fair price.
