How it works
Can be used with any FTP client software, e.g.
freeware „FileZilla Client“ (free download at
http://filezilla-project.org/).
With the FTP Server you can…
a) Select individual marketing pieces online
b) Download all content on your PC (>27GB)
Please note:
Currently there is no FTP-Version of the SyncTool
available. You have to drag and drop files/folders
manually from FTP server to your PC directory.

Field_Info Share – FTP Version: Access
•
Password will be changed every three
months. Contact your Agilent contact
for new password. Don‘t distribute
username and password!
How to access
Open “FileZilla“ client and fill in the following data:
Host:
ftp.agilent.com
Username:
field_info_ftp
Password:
B*8JcYUw
Port:
(leave empty)
Press „Quickconnect“ to see Field_Info_Share
directories in right window („Remote site“). Your PC
directory structure is shown in left window („Local
site“).
Please note: files deleted on FTP
server will NOT be deleted from your
local directory automatically. To clean
up the local copy of the “Field_Info
Share_FTP” from outdated files it is
recommended to replace the complete
local FTP directory copy on your PC at
least every 6 months
•
Create 1:1 copy on your PC
1. Create „Field_Info_Share_FTP“ directory in „Local
site“ with right mouse click.
2. „Drag & Drop“ all directories from „Remote site“
site to „Local site“ (needs 27GB).
3. For incremental updates repeat „Drag & Drop“
procedure on a regular base.
