Put in place a staff tracking system with contact details of staff,
their installed dependents and next-of-kin.
Establish and regularly update a roster of national and local staff
candidates for immediate recruitment for each functional area.
Identify visa and security clearance requirements for staff
deployment and evacuation.
Remind staff to have updated ID cards and other relevant
personal documentation at hand and copies in off-site location.
Remind international staff to regularly update the list of their
personal items.

Prepare and disseminate a contact list of medical professionals,

medical emergency. Familiarize all staff, in particular drivers, with
the location of these facilities.

In coordination with Security, ensure that all CO/SO/AO staff have
received first aid training.
Make available first aid kits in all WFP premises, vehicles and to

individual staff, as per MOSS requirements and/or the WFP
Security Risk Assessment. Ensure maintenance of these first aid
kits.
