15% by 2035
– House the region’s population
and workforce at all income

Next Steps
• Regional agencies release Initial Vision Scenario in
March 2011
• City staff will provide report on local implications of the
Initial Vision Scenario
• City staff will gather city council input to share with
regional agencies before Detailed SCS Scenarios are
prepared for release in July
• TAM is convening a Marin SCS Ad Hoc Committee to
track process- 1 elected from each town & county
