Current state: edentulous in maxilla
Only 33 and 43 preservable in mandible
Patient requested implant-retained denture
Procedure:
1) external sinus lift with augmentation
2) Implantation (approx. 6 months later)
3) 2nd stage implant surgery and definite
prosthetics
