 Developing our management and leadership skills through a comprehensive range of
Induction and Executives’ education programmes

 More than 11,178 half-day courses since the association was created in 2001, at 190 schools and
universities in France and 53 other countries
 Total Energy & Education Seminar organized by Université Total

55 to 60 professors from top schools & universities across the world gathered every second year for a
week-long debate on energy & education related topics
 Total Summer School organized by Université Total
 Launched in 2006, now preparing the 8th edition from June 30th to July 5th, 2013, in Paris
The Total Summer School
 The Total Summer School brings together around 120 students from all over the world to take part
in a week-long opportunity to analyze and discuss major energy issues and challenges, alongside
key managers and experts from business, science and research
 The seventh session will be held from June 30th to July 5th, 2013, in Paris

 Overview of the strategic and management challenges facing leading international companies
 Contribute actively through exchanges and dialogue to key challenges of the Energy world
 Insight into the working world and interaction with energy industry experts
 The seminar can be supported by internships at subsidiaries’ level
