AutoGraph Model ATG-6400 is the latest
development from Helm, the acknowledged leader
in force measurement technology. Designed for the
factory floor, AutoGraph is an embedded personal
computer that features high resolution graphics
using TFT thin film transistor technology.
Compatible with the complete line of Helm force
sensors and systems, the AutoGraph controller is an
extremely versatile system employing touch or
mouse input optional Windows version. The system
can be used as a load monitor, operator interface
and/or computer network server

On board 486 processor and 1.5 Meg
RAM for storing over 200 waveforms
per machine.
With complete load monitor functionality,
AutoGraph eliminates the manual functions
found in conventional systems. All operator
adjustments including alarm set, job down
load, and parts counter are performed by
simply touching the front panel display. No
knobs or potentiometers are required. This
solid state system is rugged enough for
boom arm mounting to your machine or
control panel.

High Level Signature Analysis
Combining technology licensed from Allen-Bradley,
multiple sensor inputs are obtained using the Helm HM579 Forcegard module. Each load module has all the
features of a two channel Loadgard including signature
analysis and thru-the-stroke alarms. Crank angle
information is obtained from the Helm HR-1101 resolver
with feedback in the single slot HM-571-RES resolver
input module.
