Why we do it?
 Junior
Fairboard is an opportunity for youth to take
a more active role in the 4-H fair
 It gives youth the opportunity to take on leadership
roles and make an impact in each of the 4-H
events at the fair
 It helps shape 4-H events and programs at the fair
to be youth driven and friendly with youth voice
 Gives youth the opportunity to work with adults on
4-H projects and activities to see how everything
works and happens
 Strengthens the 4-H program and sets
mentoring/role modeling examples for younger
youth
