Since its founding in 1918, ILPERSA has developed its business in the design and
manufacturing of grain storage and filtration systems..

Customers of several countries rely on ILPERSA for solve their storage
requirements, with our full line of commercial silos:

SILOS DESCRIPTION
ILPERSA silos are manufactured with sheets of galvanized corrugated plates
S350GD Z-450 (450 gr/m2 galvanization) according to EN 10142. Under request, we
can supply silos with coated Z-600 or with the innovative metallic coating Magnelis®.

The design of our silos has been carried out according to the standard EUROCODE
1-4.

Supplied and manufactured according with dispositions of the actual European
Parliament and Council Directive CE.

Our silos are capable withstanding seismic loads grade VII in Mercalli Scale and basic
acceleration 0,12g for soil type III (medium compaction soil).

CYLINDER PANELS
The ILPERSA unique corrugated galvanized sheets have a 104mm pitch and
12mm.depth.

The latest numerical control machinery let punching the metallic sheets assuring
accurate hole alignment and precise formation of the corrugation

The cylinder panels are manufactured with thickness from 1 to 4 mm. in high
resistance 3600kg/cm2.

ROOF SILO

The new design of ROOF SILOS are completely bolted (no need to drill holes).

Our design enables assemble the roof easy and quickly.

The roof panels offer a good capabilities to support big loads, providing durability under
heavy snow (80-200kg/m2), ice loads and other extreme weather conditions (wind speed
150 km/h).

The side discharge system allows the gravity
loading of the truck.

The new AUTODESK® INVENTOR® 3D
CAD software let us to produce an accurate
3D model for design and visualize any
potential installation of silos.

The function iPart let us create silo families
that contain all the size in one table.

With the 3D digital prototype the
customer can easily validate the form,
fit, and the design of the installation.

The new software allows us to more
easily share information with OUR
PARTNERS.

Industrial University of Valencia, use an
specific software for structural analysis in the
design of pieces for our silos.
