I trust my people: Leo, Janet and Mary help with growing
the business but I want to do more to make my customers
aware of what else we can do for them. While my
customers are waiting in one of my shops,I want to
entertain them as well as get them interested in my new
products and services
I tried paper brochures and leaflets, but the counters
look cluttered up with them, the regularly fall off and,
what’s worse, a lot of customers don’t even read them.
And for announcing last-minute offers, paper
advertising is not a viable option!

I am looking a for a simple and flexible solution that can
be managed by myself or by my guys who run the
shops. Wouldn’t it be great if there was an affordable
do-it-yourself way to do all this in an electronic format?
Preferably with standard PC tools like Power Point and

training, without the necessity to always hire an agency
and no forced subscriptions for services.

I am Lucy. I am a real estate agent. In my office I have a crew
of 5 people working for me acquiring new customers via
telephone and doing the whole administrative and financial
part of my operation. I am proud of my office and the building
in which it is located. It is a good-looking restored building
with large windows through which people on the street can
peep in after office hours.
We advertise for our services in many ways. There is of course the
internet, I advertise in a local newspaper for houses and office
buildings with my portfolio and we have a board facing the window
with photos and paper clippings about location, some key specifications
on the properties, price and the status of sale. In practice a lot of
customers like to have a look at this board but maintaining it is a hassle.
Often stuff is outdated because my personnel forget to update it.

I am actually looking for a simple and flexible way to
improve this situation, ideally an electronic solution
that doesn’t require a difficult installation process and
extra subscriptions. A way that makes use of the
existing materials I already have like my photos and
power point slides per piece of property.
In the future I would also like to include a 180-degree
inside view of the houses I sell.

My name is Jack and I am manager working for Philips.
In our offices we regularly receive guests, both internal
and external. My guests are usually customers that
should be treated well in case they have to wait before
a meeting starts. We have a special area for this
purpose on our department floor.
In the recent past people had to wait in a rather dull
environment. I believe this is not good for relationships
and is actually also a missed opportunity: if while people
